You’ll be immersed in work that blends strategic oversight with hands‑on clinical leadership—collaborating closely with project teams, clinicians, governance groups, and key stakeholders to ensure infection prevention and control is embedded into every part of the New Toowoomba Hospital Project. Your day will include guiding teams through best‑practice standards, reviewing emerging risks, shaping clinical models of care, and providing expert advice that supports informed executive decision‑making. You’ll lead quality and safety initiatives, mentor staff across disciplines, refine policies and protocols, and bring clarity and structure to complex project activities. Through every interaction, you’ll influence positive culture, strengthen safe care, and drive improvements that uplift both staff and patient experiences.
