Performance Marketing Manager

This is a newly created role with plenty of autonomy that will report to the Head of Marketing as part of this small, foundational team that is primed for growth. You will also have support from a Junior Marketer and mentorship from the Head of Marketing who comes with more than 20 years Senior Marketing experience and is very much a servant leader.
With the plans in place for growth there will also be an unparalleled opportunity for career advancement and with the backing of an International Head Office, the rate of that growth will be accelerated.
The role will be focused on executing Meta and Google paid digital campaigns from end to end with the opportunity to set targets, budgets and strategy with the leadership team. You’ll love working with data to inform decisions, plus testing and optimizing to improve growth and efficiency.
This is a hand-on role so a willingness to roll your sleeves up to execute is crucial.
The core responsibilities include;
Actively promote the mission of impacting as many lives as possible through the delivery of fun and affordable fitness.End to end ownership and execution of digital performance channels across all locations nationally, including paid search and paid social mediaIn collaboration with the CEO and Head of Marketing, you’ll develop channel-specific strategies, budgets and targetsRefine internal reporting templates and update the business weekly, monthly and quarterly on progress against KPIsWork closely with internal stakeholders on the optimization of creative for your channels within brand guidelines, to maximise conversions and efficiencyIdentify and execute new paid channel pilotsPartner with the web agency to optimize the online customer journey to maximise conversion, plus implement website tracking and eventsLead projects across digital channels as required by the business, with the support of the internal team and external partners, including CRM, eCommerce site management, CRO and SEO
To be successful you must have at least 5 years’ experience in a growth or performance marketing role at a national B2C brand or an Agency. Experience working with multi-million dollar digital budgets across Meta, Google and other programmatic media channels in results-driven environments is also key.
