If you're dedicated to supporting others and want to be part of a team that makes a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you About the Role As an NDIS Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their goals, maintain their wellbeing, and navigate the impacts of mental ill‑health while participating fully in their communities. What You'll Be Doing Support participants with daily living activities in line with their NDIS plans. Encourage community participation and help individuals build confidence in social and workplace settings. Provide person‑centred care that respects individual choices and aspirations, using recovery‑oriented and trauma‑informed approaches.

Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to deliver holistic support, including mental health and psychosocial supports. Uphold confidentiality, diversity awareness, and high professional standards, including appropriate boundaries and duty of care in complex situations.

What We're Looking

For Have a Cert III in Mental Health, Community Services, Disability Support, Peer Work or a related field (or equivalent experience). Hold a current SA driver’s licence. Have a DHS Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check. Have experience providing community support, one‑on‑one client care, and working with individuals facing complex challenges.

Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Understand the NDIS framework and have knowledge of disability and mental health‑related issues.
