About the Role We have an exciting full‑time opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, at our Carindale QLD store. You may also be requested to work at our Sunnybank and Garden City stores to support your wider team. This role includes a flexible rotating roster working between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work. As a Local Community Consultant, you connect Medibank’s products and services with your local community. You take ownership of the customer experience, providing end-to-end support across multiple channels—whether in-store, over the phone, in the community, or via messaging. With a diverse skill set, you solve everyday challenges, adapt quickly, and keep customers at the heart of everything you do. You're curious, creative, and results‑driven, always open to new ideas and ways of working. About you You’re a multitasker who confidently supports customers across messaging, face‑to‑face, and phone channels. You’re diligent and detail‑oriented, ensuring every interaction is accurate, every product or service is the right fit, and your customers’ privacy is always protected.
