What We Are Looking For Location: The role is based in Gosford. Applicants must live locally or be willing to travel at least 2–3 days per week to the office. Qualifications / Experience: A junior position aimed at new graduates. We are looking for someone with a tertiary qualification in a relevant field (recently completed or nearing completion). Some prior experience in graphic design, corporate services or disability services is welcomed but not required if the candidate is eager to learn and grow. Company Requirements: All employees require clearances prior to starting, including working with children, a police check and an NDIS worker check. These are not required before applying; ORS can support successful applicants to obtain them. A driver’s licence and private vehicle are also required. Required Skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD, Premier Pro, Illustrator), Figma, Canva, Procreate. Basic video editing and/or print production knowledge. Strong file management practices. Ideal Candidate Attributes Strong time‑management skills to meet quick turnarounds. Open communicator.
