You’ll join a collaborative team alongside strategists and channel experts, gaining hands-on experience in strategy, campaign planning, and execution — while expanding your skills. The Role As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Paid Media Manager to plan, build, and optimise multi-channel acquisition campaigns. You’ll be hands‑on across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic. Focusing on implementation, optimisation, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and (TikTok and Programmatic experience a plus). Support the development of full-funnel acquisition strategies — from awareness to conversion. Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve ROI and CPA targets. Performance Optimisation Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation. Implement A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to improve ad messaging and visual performance. Reporting & Insights Build and maintain client performance dashboards in Looker Studio or similar. Deliver clear, actionable campaign insights and recommendations in client updates and monthly reports. About You You’re a paid media specialist who loves to learn and grow. You’ll bring 2-3 years of experience in Paid Media- Search / Social (agency or in-house). Proven track record in lead generation and demand capture campaigns. Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. What We Offer Annual performance bonus.
