Position Summary Rise with us assisting with preparing of good quality dishes with high presentation standards focusing on attention to detail Follow a food preparation checklist and establish priority items Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food before use Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations focusing on the guests overall wellbeing Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment.
