ROSTER: 5:2 (Residential) or 9:5 (FIFO ex Perth) PACKAGE: Salary + Performance Bonus + Residential Allowance + Site Allowance + Insurance + Private Health + Gym Membership Discount + Other Benefits WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Contracts Specialist, you will be providing expert contract administration services to our operations and communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Administer contracts for compliance and effectiveness. Prepare construction tender documents and manage the process. Coordinate negotiations with preferred bidders. Resolve contractual queries and offer solutions. Ensure payment claims, invoices, and payments are managed. Collaborate across departments, monitor progress, and improve processes. Any other duties as required. ABOUT YOU Experience as a contracts administrator or equivalent, preferably within the resources sector. Minimum 1‑2 years of contracts administrator experience is required. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Commerce or related fields is highly regarded. Sound understanding of contract law and general law and the ability to develop, administer, and contracting strategies. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and co‑ordination skills. WHAT’S ON OFFER Permanent full‑time role with immediate start. Excellent remuneration package with additional allowances. Receive a $12k residential allowance per annum, if you are residential and not FIFO. Fully covered family private health insurance through GU Health Complete Gold Cover or allowance up to $4.8k. Receive up to 10% short‑term incentive payment (STIP) of your base salary. $2.4k allowance to put towards your choice of Death and Total & Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance. Pro‑rata long service leave (LSL) after just 5 years of service and be entitled to 13 weeks paid LSL after 10 years of service.
