As a Catering Assistant , you’ll help create welcoming, enjoyable dining experiences that brighten the day for our residents. Location: St. Andrew's, Tallebudgera - QLD Role Type: Casual (30 hours per fortnight) Remuneration: $27.91 - $30.54 p/h + 25% casual loading Benefits: Salary Packaging (up to $15,990) – pay for rent, mortgage or living expenses before tax, and access discounts through our suppliers on flights, holidays, health cover, cosmetics, accommodation, shoes and more. What You’ll Do Support meal preparation and service with warmth and care. Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. Work closely with the Chef and other team members to ensure smooth mealtimes. Engage respectfully with residents and provide friendly, person-centred service. What You’ll Bring Previous experience in catering or aged care kitchen is a plus. A commitment to food safety and a team-focused attitude. Compassion, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
