We're Hiring We're on the lookout for a dynamic duo ready to take on the role of Office Manager and Grounds Keeper. This role is perfect for those who are hands‑on, passionate about community living, and driven by a desire to improve and streamline operations. Key Responsibilities Manage office operations, including lease administration, compliance, rosters, and bookings. Oversee the ongoing maintenance of park facilities, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and functionality. Deliver outstanding customer service, from front desk operations to online reputation management. Engage in local marketing initiatives to promote our park. Maintain the grounds maintenance program and schedule. Work collaboratively with our head office team, supporting staff, and directly with the Owner to achieve business goals. What We Offer A competitive base salary package of $120,000/year + 12.5% Super, an annual performance bonus and use of company vehicle, as well as comfortable onsite accommodation is offered to the right couple. A supportive and collaborative work environment, with a bright future. Requirements 3+ years of experience in tourism property or caravan park management. Manage and control operating costs within budgets and keep the park to the highest standard possible. Proficiency in Newbook booking software and Microsoft Office. A hands‑on management style with experience in office tasks, engage in marketing activities to maximise revenue opportunities. Hands on Handyman experience to manage all landscaping & maintenance of the Park. Lead and motivate your team to maximise results in housekeeping and maintenance. Excellent problem‑solving skills and customer service orientation. Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required. Schedule Full-time, including some public holidays and rotational on‑call duties. Location This is an in‑person role based in Bowen, Queensland.
