Let’s make a meaningful difference, together Your part in our Buderim Hospital team As part of Day Surgery, you will be accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals undergoing a range of procedures in our Day Procedure Unit, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You’ll deliver exceptional person‑centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary theatre team, applying exceptional communication and team work skills. What makes a difference for us? Minimum of 2 years surgical experience Diploma of nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements Desire for ongoing professional development Available to work a rotating roster - Monday to Friday between the hours of across varying shifts and occasional weekend work Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospital infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment What makes a difference for you?
