Parkview Dental Capalaba We are a small, two-chair family dental practice in Capalaba, Redlands. This dual role combines front office reception duties with chair side assistance as needed to ensure every patient enjoys a seamless, high-quality experience. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming patients, managing the reception area, and handling administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing patient records, and processing payments. Assisting dentists during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments, and providing chair side support when needed. Ensuring the dental practice is well-stocked with necessary supplies and maintaining a clean and organised work environment. Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner. What we're looking for Minimum 12 months' experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar patient-facing role within the dental industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, dentists, and the broader team. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth-running practice. Proficiency in using dental software and digital technologies. A genuine interest in dentistry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Certificate III in Dental Assisting (HLT35021) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
