Northside Electrical Contractors is seeking an experienced A-Grade Electrician, based in Ballarat or the surrounding suburbs, to join our ongoing upgrade project at the Ballarat Major Events Precinct . Our company over the past 8 years has built a strong, tight-knit team of over 80 employees with a focus on Commercial & Industrial Projects within the Education, Health, Sporting and Government sectors. Providing end-to-end solutions with in-house design, communications certifications, dry-fire, AV & security division complementing our conventional electrical light & power offerings - a true end to end electrical contractor. Our Queensland branch launched in 2024, and has already successfully delivered the latest state of the art SASH hospital in Robina, and continues to expand. Who we’re looking for: 4+ years experience as an Electrical A Grade on commercial projects Demonstrate good organisational skills High attention to detail and a care for presentation Strong ability to self-manage and prioritise multiple tasks Thorough understanding and knowledge of both AS3000 & WHS regulations/procedures Strong focus on ensuring deadlines are met An ability to think for yourself and a desire to constantly improve your capabilities and our processes Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot and rectify faults Strong communication and written skills and an ability to work autonomously Friendly and warm demeanor with the professionalism expected To be considered for this role, you will require the following: Current A-grade electrical licence Current CPR/LVR certification, in line with state regulations Australian Driver's Licence General Construction Induction Card This role is full time, 5 days a week, generally 7:00am – 3:30pm.
