Burrito Bar Casuarina is looking for a full-time Waiter / waitress (Supervisor) to undertake the following main duties. Responsibilities Supervision, training and coordination of front-of-the-house employees. Preparing displays and presenting menus, including specials. Cleaning restaurant areas, glasses and equipment. Picking up glasses and taking food and drink orders. Preparing and mixing a range of smoothies and other drinks. Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests. Attend drive-through customers and third-party takeaways. Using the EFTPOS machine and supervising entries. Maintain stock control. Practising and training staff on proper workplace health and safety procedures. Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the employer. Qualifications The candidate must have at least one year of previous experience in a similar job. Must work independently and as part of a team.
