That means high leverage, high autonomy, and every decision compounds. The Role As Principal Growth Manager, you'll own the complete growth engine and the infrastructure that powers it all. This is a senior IC role with Principal scope and accountability. You'll drive revenue growth and build sustainable systems without managing people (only agents). You'll architect how we acquire users, activate them to value, convert them to paying customers, and build the measurement systems that make all of it visible and optimizable. This isn't marketing. This isn't product. This is growth, an experimentation-first approach to driving distribution and revenue through both channels and product experiences. What You'll Own Acquisition Own all acquisition channels: paid (Google Ads, social, display), organic (SEO, content, partnerships) Drive efficient CAC while scaling volume. Optimize for LTV:CAC ratios Build new distribution channels before they become saturated Growth Operations & Infrastructure Run disciplined experiments with clear hypotheses and learning Build AI-powered growth processes from the ground up Leverage AI agents to accelerate growth operations Create measurement frameworks that connect every initiative to revenue impact Own the experimentation platform, analytics infrastructure, and growth tooling You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have 8+ years in growth roles, with at least 3+ years owning multiple growth levers (acquisition, activation, monetization) in B2B SaaS PLG companies Have deep expertise across the growth funnel, not just one area. You've scaled acquisition, optimized activation, and improved monetization. You know how they connect. Understand the difference between Growth Product and Growth Marketing, and know when to work in-product vs in-channel Are highly technical and data-driven: you work with SQL/Python, build dashboards, and design measurement systems that connect spend to revenue Have experience building growth infrastructure—experimentation platforms, attribution systems, lifecycle automation, analytics frameworks Know Elena Verna's sequencing: fix activation first, then monetization, then acquisition. You've lived this, not just read about it. Can use AI tools to accelerate experimentation, automate processes, and prototype solutions Have a track record of driving measurable revenue impact through experimentation and optimization Have a builder mindset: you're an IC who takes full ownership from hypothesis to experiment to measured outcome Stay hands-on with emerging trends in PLG, growth experimentation, and AI-powered growth Bonus Points: You've been a Head of Growth or Growth Lead at a high-growth PLG company You have founder or early-stage startup experience You're a student of Elena Verna or similar growth thought leaders You've built growth teams or operated as a one-person growth engine Equity: Stock options are part of the package. You'll have real ownership in what you're building. Leverage: Small AI-enabled team = 10x the impact. You'll own the entire growth function. Ownership: Principal Growth-level scope and accountability without the management overhead. Pure IC leverage. Scale: 1M+ users, 350k monthly organic website visitors, pure PLG, bottom-up motion.
