Job Description Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food industry sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and advice on industrial solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Assist in the development of strategic sales plans and initiatives. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support. The Successful Applicant A successful Industry Sales Engineer - Food should have: A strong background in Automation and/or Instrumentation sales, bonus if within the food industry. Technical knowledge relevant to automation solutions and processes. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals. Proficiency in using relevant sales and CRM tools. Degree in either Mechatronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering What's on Offer Competitive salary package of $130,000 to $135,000 AUD. Additional benefits including an $18,000 car allowance, superannuation, and incentives. Opportunity to work in a supportive and innovative environment.
