Able to start work immediately Attractive level of remuneration provided to reflect experience and qualifications of the applicant Supportive team environment Job Description – Full Time Position Moondah Brook is in the Upper Swan region in WA, this role is for an enthusiastic individual with vineyard operations experience to join our small team. Our vineyard is 5 kilometres East of Gingin. The vineyard grows a range of varieties with a strong focus on Chenin and Chardonnay over 134 Ha with fruit being sent to the winery in Nannup. In this hands-on full-time role, you\'ll support the Vineyard Manager with the day-to-day activities of the vineyard, and throughout the property of 260 Ha. It is favourable but not essential that you have experience in vineyard activities and are confident and comfortable operating machinery. Job Requirements Operating machinery in line with safe work practices, resolving or seeking assistance to resolve any operational requirements; Maintain the vineyard property and work areas to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation; Work as a part of a team, leading casuals and contractors; as well as the work ethic and ability to self motivate and work autonomously when required; Work flexibly due to the seasonal nature of the work. Some overtime, with limited notice, may be required during peak periods, eg, harvest period; Commitment to lead by example and consistently demonstrate safe and high-quality work practices and habits in adherence to best practices standards; Other relevant and appropriate duties as directed from time to time.
