Job Description Life in the fast lane As our Hospitality Assistant, you will be joining the Commercial Partnerships and Sales Team to support the delivery and execution of the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix event. This is a fixed term position, based at our Head Office in St Kilda and Albert Park Circuit, which ends on 27 th March 2026 . Reporting into the Premium Hospitality Experiences Manager, the Hospitality Assistant will manage a portfolio of clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service in the delivery of contracted services. Additionally, you will: Assist in the planning of hospitality facilities, including private client suites and AGPC shared facilities, working with AGPC contractors to design fit out. Assist in the seamless delivery of all suites, including supervision of short-term employees and oversight of suite budgets. Relationship and account management of corporate hospitality clients, including delivery of client benefits. Support of operational processes and other administrative tasks as required What you'll bring to the role: Minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting hospitality delivery. Minimum of 2 years' experience in events industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders and partners.
