What this opportunity involves JLL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the retail section of a mixed‑use asset in Melbourne’s CBD. This full‑time role involves efficiently managing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, assisting with tenancy processes, and ensuring compliance across multiple retail properties. Responsibilities You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations, managing budgets, and liaising with retailers and contractors to ensure the portfolio’s success.
