The Opportunity - Be Part of Something Great: At the beginning of 2026, ARYZTA will open a state-of-the-art bakery in Nambeelup, WA just 12 km from Mandurah and 60 km South of Perth. This will be a flagship site for our growth in WA and we’re looking for an experienced WH&S Business Partner who wants to play a key role in setting the culture and safety foundations from the ground up at our brand-new site, while also supporting WHS at our VIC and SA plants. Reporting to the WHS Manager APAC, the WHS Business Partner will help establish a strong ‘zero harm’ culture from day one at our new Western Australia bakery. This role will also support our site in Dandenong, VIC and distribution centre in Port Adelaide, SA, partnering with leaders to lift safety performance and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a proactive, people-first safety culture. Coach our team with WHS and quickly build trusting relationships with stakeholders. Provide expert WHS advice across WA and VIC bakeries and SA distribution centre. Champion compliance with WHS legislation, Codes of Practice and ARYZTA policies. Support the safe commissioning and start-up of our new WA bakery. Drive WHS initiatives aligned with APAC and Global strategies. Support our team with risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions. Deliver WHS onboarding and training for new and existing team members. Monitor WHS data, identify trends and implement improvements. Champion the ARYZTA Core Values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care. About You: We are looking for an experienced WHS professional who brings confidence, sound judgement and a genuine passion about keeping people safe. You’ll be someone who can build trust quickly, coach and influence at all levels, and navigate a mix of start-up and established operations with ease. The successful candidate will also bring: 5+ years’ WHS experience ideally in manufacturing or operations environments. Proven ability to design and deliver impactful WHS programs that lift capability and performance. Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and standards. Expertise in incident investigations, notifiable incidents and regulatory interaction. Confident coach and influencer with excellent communication skills. Experience with Workers Compensation processes (WA & VIC ideal). Strong systems capability (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams). Resilience, adaptability and the ability to juggle competing priorities. Availability for occasional, planned inter-state travel.
