Consultants (Information & Communication Technology)Canberra based (will consider candidates from Sydney who are willing to commute or candidates willing to relocate)The Role:Our client is looking for a Strategic Data Consultant responsible for client projects focusing on sector-specific initiatives, the creation of operating models, the formulation of business cases, and strategies for data monetization while actively playing a significant role in the implementation process.Key Responsibilities:Lead teams in crafting high-quality presentations that foster the development of coherent, compelling, and succinct strategic insights.Oversee projects, from defining their scope and estimating resources to guaranteeing the delivery of comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.Skills and Experience:5+ years in professional services, ideally with management, or technology consulting firms.Demonstrated experience implementing IT business strategies, with a strong inclination towards BI and technical architecture.Expertise in developing business cases, conducting gap analysis, and creating strategic blueprints and roadmaps in BI, Analytics, or Big Data.Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, proficient in data visualization and analysis.Knowledgeable in relational databases, data modeling, SQL programming, data warehouses, ETL processes, OLAP, and various BI tools, whether at a basic or advanced level.What’s on OfferOpportunity to be part of transformation projects.Permanent roleExcellent remuneration with the opportunity to earn commission.Your application will include the following questions:
