09th November, 2025 HAYLO People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industry and are recruiting an opportunityfor an experienced Case Manager,Return to Work Coordinator, Rehab Consultant or Injury management Coordinator who is proactive a confident communicator and a team player. Benefits Great exposure with site operations, safety, HR, and support from your leader and national manager $75,000 - $85,000 + super - based on experience Growth potential in a large global employer Be provided support, training, and autonomy with a focus on delivery not KPI's or billable hours Duties will include Responding to incidents and injuries and strategising return to work on minor – mid complexity cases with a proactive manner Guide and collaborate with GP's, department leaders, HR, safety, insurers, injured workers and rehab providers Coordinate medical appointments, vocational and work capacity assessments and facilitate safe and efficient return to work Prepare reports for senior management whilst ensure file records are kept up-to-date including the use of Solv Working on site within the Bayside NSW region and flexibility for 1 day WFH To be successful you will Have 1+ years experience in Workers Compensation via Insurance, Rehab, Clinical or Employer RTW / Case Management.
