What You’ll Do: Lead and develop Venue Managers and their teams, creating a strong culture of performance, accountability, and care. Be on the floor and in detail – visible, involved, and fully across venue operations. Train, coach, and give meaningful feedback in the moment – you set the tone Champion Yo-Chi’s high standards across every aspect of venue performance. Drive results across all venues from people management and service to labor, engagement, and financial targets. Manage performance proactively and positively – we believe in follow-up, consistency, and leading with care. Collaborate with marketing to build community connections and grow local impact. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years’ experience in a multi-site leadership role in QSR or hospitality. A people-first leader with the ability to coach, uplift, and inspire large teams. Strong operational know-how – you’re confident with labor, cost control, opening checklists, and understanding the rhythm of a successful venue.
