InVeris Training Solutions – Bonegilla VIC InVeris Training Solutions is seeking applicants for the role of Operator at the Weapon Training Simulation System (WTSS) located in Latchford Barracks. This rolerequires the successful applicant to operate the WTSS andensure building and equipment security. They will assistwith administrative duties including accounting for weapon simulators and controlled stores, aswell as reports and returns as required. About our business InVeris Training Solutions is a global leader in integrated live fire and virtual training solutions for military forces, law enforcement agencies and commercial shooting ranges. We employ over 400 people globally. Experience There is no set experience for this role, however the ideal candidate will be computer literate given the WTSS runs on the Windows operating system. Any experience in training, simulation, firearms, emergency services or the military will be seen as desirable but not essential. High attention to detail. Efficiently managing workload within deadlines. Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment. Competent withMicrosoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Primary Duties Perform administrative coordination for the site. Ensure all required reports are completed and submitted. Oversee the Operations of the WTSS Facility. Leadership and mentoring of team members. Secure management and movement of simulatedweapons and controlled stores into and out of the armoury, and securing the armoury at end of the day. Carry out scheduled preventative, daily & monthly maintenance of the WTSS equipment. Perform minor repairs to the WTSS facility equipment under direction from the InVeris Technical Support Staff. The ability to safely lift/push/pull 5-40 kg loads regularly, seeking support as required. Must be self-starter and able to work remote from head office in a militaryenvironment with minimal supervision. Additional requirements Successful applicants must be suitable to gain a Defence Security clearance. Role may require occasional travel around Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
