About Our Service At Darra-Jindalee Catholic Parish OSHC , we provide Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care for up to 120 children. We work closely with families and the community to ensure children have the best possible experience while in our care. If you’re enthusiastic, dedicated, and ready to grow your career in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you A day in the life of an OSHC Educator… Provide nurturing, responsive care for children Create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment Plan and deliver fun, inclusive recreational and educational experiences Build and maintain positive working relationships with your team Collaborate within an established, supportive team to achieve the best outcomes for children and families Enjoy opportunities to attend fun excursions during Vacation Care Feel excited to come to work each day, knowing you’re making a meaningful difference in the lives of children in our care Job Requirements : Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law / Regulations or ability to acquire Effective oral and written communication within the workplace Why you’ll love working with us Above Award Rates – Be rewarded for your skills and experience with pay that truly reflects your expertise.
