Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our Rehab Team and assist in Warehouse Operations at our National Distribution Centre in Eastern Creek. About the Role Reporting to the Build and Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely assembly of complex rehab equipment, stock integrity, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. This is a hands‑on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude. If you're someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is looking for a long‑term career in healthcare logistics, we’d love to hear from you Your Responsibilities Will Include Assembling complex rehab products in line with specifications and cycle times Receiving, inspecting and storing inbound goods Coordinating pick‑up timeslots with logistics partners Maintaining spare parts and demo stock Managing inventory accuracy and conducting cycle counts Using MHE safely and conducting daily maintenance checks (forklift licence required) Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the warehouse Responding to internal and external enquiries Participating in WHS initiatives and upholding ILS values in all interactions To Be Successful, You Will Have Previous experience in warehousing, servicing, or technical builds Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Forklift/High Reach Licence Mechanical aptitude Strong attention to detail and methodical work ethic Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure Excellent communication and a strong team player attitude Physically fit and committed to safe work practices What’s in It for You?
