This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rosebery, NSW . The Digital Content & Account Lead (Marketing) role represents a progression from an entry-level Social Media Coordinator position into a more content-led, client-facing, and campaign-focused role . While involved across all areas of digital and social marketing, this position shifts toward leading content execution, managing client relationships, and coordinating campaign delivery across multiple channels. The role remains hands‑on, balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day content creation and account management. This role is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality, clubs, pubs, sport, or events who is ready to take greater ownership of client outcomes and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Client Management & Communication Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, expectations, and communications Lead client meetings and W.I.P.s (Work In Progress sessions) Act as the primary point of contact for content and campaign delivery Cross-Department Collaboration Coordinate workflows, briefs, revisions, deadlines, and reporting Work closely with internal teams including design, content, paid media, web, photography, and video Liaise with external collaborators and partners where required Creative Direction & Content Oversight Lead execution and contribute to strategy across all digital and social marketing channels Brief, create, edit, review, and approve content, design, and copy to ensure alignment with client branding and objectives Direct and brief photo and video shoots, managing internal and external teams Attend client sites to capture content, including after‑hours and weekend work when required Maintain strong awareness of platform trends, formats, and best practices Content & Campaign Management Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars across multiple clients Lead the execution of organic, paid, and integrated marketing campaigns Manage digital asset libraries to ensure efficient access and version control Oversee day‑to‑day management of client social media accounts Ensure all third‑party marketing activity aligns with client brand guidelines and business goals Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor content and campaign performance across platforms Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation Use workflow, scheduling, and approval tools to manage timelines and publishing Skills & Experience Proven experience in digital content creation and social media management Strong written communication and copywriting skills Experience managing multiple clients, projects, or campaigns simultaneously High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills Understanding of social analytics, reporting, and optimisation Confidence working cross-functionally and briefing creative teams Experience in hospitality, sport, clubs, pubs, or events is highly regarded Tools & Platforms Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager CapCut and Canva Workflow, scheduling, and asset management tools Direct Email Marketing experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
