Our mission is to drive positive change and create a sustainable future for people and planet.This is your unique opportunity to join us - we are currently looking for a Division Manager for QHSE&EThe Divisional QHSE&E role is responsible for driving continuous improvement in your functional area, implementing global QHSE&E and Sustainability strategies and policies within the division. You will ensure these are adapted and integrated into local systems and activities to create alignment across the organization.This is an individual contributor role with global responsibility, collaborating and providing functional support to factories in the Czech Republic, Denmark, France and China. The position reports directly to the Vice President of the Accessories Division, is based in Vyškov, and involves up to 30% international travel.**The Main role for the QHSE&E department includes the following:*** Ensure VELUX products are manufactured in line with specifications and defined framework conditions ensuring robust implementation and fulfilment of product, component and material requirements* To secure effectiveness, continuous improvement, problem solving, knowledge sharing and alignment concerning QHSE&E across relevant networks* To improve, maintain and follow up on local QHSE&E management systems and ensure compliance with global systems, standards and procedures to reach the level desired by VELUX* To execute the quality assurance plan - ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement concerning quality assurance activities and products* To maintain local documentation and specifications, conducting PFMEA, MSA, capability study, control planning, etc.* Ensure effective implementation of QHSE&E framework conditions for new or modified products and production processes.* To conduct process confirmation and continuous improvement in favor to the PCo production flow and efficiency from a holistic perception* To improve, maintain and follow up on management systems to ensure compliance to QHSE&E standards* To handle supplier quality assurance (SQA) processes in collaboration with SQ&D* To support handling and decision related to non-conformities, escalated containment cases, or HSE&E cases, and intercompany complaints**Qualification:**This role is ideal for an experienced senior professional with a strong background in QHSE&E, who thrives in a matrix organization and in an international environmentIdeal candidate should be:* highly knowledgeable about QHSE&E management system standards and highly proficient with Quality Assurance tools (such as pFMEA, MSA, etc.), and possess solid HSE&E expertise* Data driven, analytical and improvement oriented* Strong in stakeholder management* Experienced in project management* Mastering operational quality assurance and operational HS&E&E control* Knowledgeable about the product development process, process technology, ISO standards and legal requirements* Fluent in English**What do we offer:*** Opportunity to drive QHSE&E initiatives from a global perspective, shaping processes and standards across regions.* Work on impactful projects with cross-functional teams, where collaboration leads to measurable results.* Benefit from significant independence and the opportunity to enhance processes through effective collaboration.* Opportunity to join a stable, family-owned Scandinavian company with clear values and collaborative environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
