About the Opportunity Join Murrumbidgee Local Health District and make a real difference in the lives of adults living with chronic and complex heart failure. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP/TNP) to provide specialist care across hospital, community, and virtual settings. This is your opportunity to deliver innovative, patient‑centred care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
