Pay Range A$140,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr Finance Business Partner – Property Development Our client is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner to join their property development team and support major projects. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the forecasting and reporting of a portfolio or projects. Partner with Project Directors and Development Managers to provide financial oversight across active and proposed development projects. Lead all commercial analysis including feasibility modelling, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and financial assessment of development options. Provide clear insights on project performance, risks, opportunities and financial implications to support strategic decision making. Analyse and review project budgets, forecasts and long‑range financial plans, ensuring alignment to organisational objectives. Monitor project cashflows, funding requirements, cost allocations and return outcomes. Identify commercial risks and implement financial controls to support project governance. Deliver high‑quality reporting, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership and board‑level stakeholders. Support business cases, investment papers and submissions for project approvals. Build strong cross‑functional relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to operational teams. About You Background in property development, infrastructure, construction, project finance or similar project‑driven environments. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex project data and present it in a clear, actionable way. Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills. Confident communicator who can influence non‑finance stakeholders. Proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a structured, highly governed environment with multiple stakeholders.
