You’ll be hands‑on across all areas of store operations, from coaching and customer service to stock and styling. Key Responsibilities Supporting daily store operations and decision‑making Assisting in team leadership, coaching, and performance management Delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience Driving store KPIs and sales performance Assisting with stock control, visual merchandising, and rostering Acting as Store Manager when required Desired Skills And Experience Who You Are: You’re an experienced retail team member or supervisor with a love for people, product, and premium service.
