Protech are looking for experienced HR Advisor to perform work with our tier-one mining client, located in the Northern Territory on an 8/6 FIFO Roster ABOUT THE ROLE Immediate Start Casual Contractor Position Point of Hire: Darwin, Alice Springs, Brisbane or Perth 8/6 Hourly Pay Rate: $83 per hour Super on All Hours Weekly Pay Access to Protech Employee Assistance Program and Bunnings Powerpass Benefits KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the business with timely, accurate and flexible HR services delivering HR practice, procedure, systems, legislative advice, employment contracts and salary administration. Apply continuous improvement principles to all operational aspects of HR’s service delivery. Work in collaboration with the Regional Human Resources Australia team to ensure timely accurate and provision for the site through effective processing of employee associated documentation that requires administering. Provide a proactive HR service by attending various site meetings to keep people informed of HR initiatives. Ensure all employee records and relevant information is up to date in the appropriate databases. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Proven HR experience in a mining or remote site environment Ability to resolve conflict and manage investigations To manage time effectively, be task oriented and able to set goals with sound administrative skills Be a trusted partner in driving a positive workplace culture Strong communication and advisory skills Exceptional Microsoft Suite Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Australian Work Rights Ability to maintain fitness for work, pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol testing Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (Validity: within 3 months) HOW TO APPLY?
