Qualifications Dental Experience: Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred, but not essential, at Aim with use a dental software called D4W. Team Player: We're seeking individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are passionate about contributing to the success of the practice. Someone who is adaptable & flexible to help the day run smoothly. Care and Compassion: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing compassionate care to our patients, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in. Drive for Excellence: Possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the smooth operation of the front office. Multitasking Skills: Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
