Guest Service Agent Front Office

Royal on the Park Brisbanes premier independent 4.5-star hotel requires an experienced Guest Services Agent to join our friendly and highly regarded Front Office team. We are looking for a Full-time Guest Service Agent with rostered shifts 5 days a week. This position will suit a well-rounded hospitality professional with the flexibility and experience to work a variety of shifts in Front Office Reception. Key tasks will include attending to the needs of arriving and departing guests administrative duties cashiering answering phones creating and updating existing reservations as well as providing information to guests about the Hotel and its surroundings.
