If the thought of delivering magic to over a million guests every year makes you smile, then we have an amazing opportunity for you to join our team here at WILDLIFE Sydney as a Keeper (Australian Fauna) on a Full‑Time basis About the Role We connect guests with wildlife by creating and maintaining engaging world‑class displays, delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring best‑practice animal welfare. This role will work within our curatorial team at Wildlife Sydney. Availability to work Christmas and New Years periods along with 1 in 4 weekends is required. About You Essential Requirements Minimum of 1 year paid experience in an animal care role, preferably in a zoo or aquarium setting. Guest‑obsessed with a passion for guest experience, education and connecting people with sea life, sustainability and conservation. Demonstrated ability to be flexible, cope with frequent and unpredictable changes, and work under high pressure. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work unsupervised, assess tasks and set priorities for self. Current (or willingness to obtain at own expense) NSW Working with Children Check. Desirable Current First Aid/CPR certification. Tertiary qualifications in animal care. Full NSW Driver’s License.
