Are you ready to take the financial reins of a high-performing, global business? We’re looking for a commercially savvy, technically strong finance leader to join our team. Reporting to our Financial Controller you will take ownership of audit reporting, compliance, and be a driver for strategic improvement across our operations. What you’ll do You’ll own the end-to-end financial integrity of the business, from statutory reporting to strategic insight. Financial Reporting & Audit: Lead the preparation of external reports and statutory consolidations across multiple jurisdictions. Manage audits and build strong relationships with external stakeholders. Technical Accounting: Partner with auditors and advisors on complex accounting matters, including tax, share-based payments, and other high-impact business transactions. Tax: Oversee tax compliance across Australia, the US, and Ireland — from income tax to FBT — acting as our in-house subject matter expert and liaison with tax advisors. Monthly Reporting: Ensure the integrity of our GL, cashflow, and management consolidation. Identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive process improvements across the balance sheet. Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek value‑creation initiatives, streamline reporting processes, and contribute to strategic projects and investigations.
