The Senior Medical Affairs Associate (Medical Information) is primarily responsible for the oversight and management of medical information for MDI’s products. The role ensures high-quality responses, effective stakeholder support, and alignment with global medical affairs priorities. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Manage global medical information activities, including review/maintenance of standard response letters and generating responses to complex medical enquiries. • Coordinate delivery of medical information with international partners. • Conduct literature searches, reviews, and evidence summaries. • Protect patient privacy and handle all personal, sensitive data in line with applicable laws, company policies, and data protection standards. • Maintain high quality documentation, trackers, and reports. • Support pharmacovigilance / device vigilance and complaints/adverse events management. • Contribute to publication management / communications, conference activities and training. • Support clinical trial related activity. • Support global medical affairs activities and transitions. • Partner with commercial, regulatory or other MDI functional teams. Who are you? You are a motivated self-starter who enjoys working for a company in the midst of growth and success. You are an accomplished Senior Medical Affairs Associate who meets the key requirements and has the prior experience outlined below: Tertiary qualifications in Science or related discipline and postgraduate qualification desirable. Demonstrated 4 + years’ experience in Medical Information or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with Medicines Australia Code of Conduct. Previous experience in pharmacovigilance. Self-motivated and good project management skills. Effective communication, both written and verbal to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including international partners. Show attention to detail. Patient-focused and has a high level of integrity. Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications as well as computer literacy skills with proficiency in standard business software.
