About the role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Service Manager to lead, motivate and support our service teams within the region (VIC, SA, WA, TAS). This pivotal role is responsible for driving service performance, strengthening customer relationships and implementing strategies that enhance revenue, productivity and overall service excellence. As the Regional Service Manager, you will foster a collaborative and growth focused team culture while ensuring operational efficiency and service delivery that exceeds customer expectations. You will play an integral role in supporting local, national and international business initiatives, identifying new opportunities for service development and driving synergies across the organisation. Regional travel is required. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Performance Management Lead, motivate, and develop service resources across the region to achieve service revenue, gross profit, operating profit and customer satisfaction objectives. Monitor Engineer KPI performance and initiate appropriate management or development actions where necessary. Create a team culture that embraces change, continuous improvement, and growth opportunities. Plan ongoing learning and development workshops to ensure all team members are skilled, supported, and equipped for success. Service Operations & Delivery Ensure service response times and contracted repair times meet SLA commitments. Manage escalations within required timeframes, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Oversee preventative maintenance planning and execution. Ensure compliance with all OH&S policies and procedures. Manage regional, site and car stock levels and ensure proper asset management, including regular audits. Customer & Business Relationships Management Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Manage customer expectations effectively in line with product and performance. Work closely with Sales to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth. Drive improvements in customer satisfaction across the region. Identify and implement cross-utilisation and synergy opportunities to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Financial & Strategic Management Manage regional performance against P&L targets. Contribute to the development and execution of strategies that support revenue growth, profitability, customer retention and new service offerings. Develop tactical initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue contribution, gross and operating profit, and long-term customer retention. About You You are a confident leader with a strong service management background and the ability to inspire teams to reach their full potential. You excel at building relationships, managing performance and driving continuous improvement. Your strategic mindset and operational expertise enable you to balance customer needs, business objectives and team wellbeing. Willingness to travel is required as part of this role.
