We are seeking a qualified Psychologist or Counsellor to join our dedicated team supporting participants in the Australia Governments Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. This is a diverse and rewarding role where you'll work directly with clients to improve mental health, build resilience, and support pathways to employment. Location : Fraser Coast Hours : Full Time or Part Time Key Responsibilities : Provide clinical assessments , therapeutic interventions, and tailored support plans for clients with complex barriers to employment. Deliver individual and group counselling focused on mental health, motivation, and workplace readiness. Collaborate with employment consultants, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders to ensure holistic support. Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative programs that promote wellbeing and employment outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and contractual standards. About You : Registration with AHPRA (Psychologist) or relevant professional body for Counsellors (e.g. PACFA ). Experience working with clients with disability, mental health conditions, or psychosocial barriers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds. A flexible and proactive approach to managing caseloads and shifting priorities.
