About the Role Majestic Hotels & Apartments is seeking a skilled and passionate Gardener to take the lead in maintaining the beautiful grounds across our six hotel and apartment locations. If you love creating inviting outdoor spaces and enjoy seeing the results of your work every day, this could be the perfect role for you. As our Gardener, you will be the gardening expert within the business, responsible for the presentation, health and upkeep of gardens across all Majestic properties. You will work as part of our Maintenance Team , reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, and will have the support of Maintenance Officers to assist with garden maintenance tasks as required. Key Responsibilities Maintain gardens, landscaping and outdoor areas across all sites Develop seasonal planning and maintenance plans Conduct regular pruning, hedging, mowing and weed control Monitor plant health and implement appropriate treatments Suggest improvements to enhance the presentation of our properties Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Liaise with the stakeholders regarding site priorities What We’re Looking For Experience in gardening, landscaping or horticulture Strong plant knowledge and an eye for detail Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating with the Maintenance Team Excellent time management and organisational skills A proactive hands‑on approach A valid driver’s licence (required for travel between sites) What We Offer Flexible employment options – casual, part-time or full-time A supportive team environment Variety in your day with multiple properties to maintain The chance to make a visible difference and take ownership of our beautiful outdoor spaces If you’re passionate about gardens and want to join a proudly South Australian business that values quality, teamwork and care, we’d love to hear from you.
