We’re looking for passionate people to join our team in both Adult and Children’s Services. What We’re Looking For Relevant experience in a care or support role. We particularly encourage applications from people with lived experience, and those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. A current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive. A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate. A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC). A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC). Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR). Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings and sleepover shifts. A Day in the Life Helping clients with personal care and daily living skills. Planning and attending appointments and social activities for community engagement and skill development. Completing daily case notes, incident reports and administrative tasks. Working across various age groups as required. What We Offer Competitive Pay : A base rate of $34.58 to $37.73 per hour, plus casual and shift loadings as per the SCHADS Award and 12% super.
