About this role Due to an increase in recruitment activity across our business we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant / Advisor to join our national Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. This role will see you work closely with hiring managers across a portfolio of Service Line teams to understand their hiring needs and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process whilst providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Key responsibilities Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of positions including drafting job advertisements candidate screening interview scheduling offers and pre-employment checks Develop a deep understanding of our employer brand EVP and employee benefits to be able to effectively communicate Grant Thorntons point of difference with potential candidates Collaborate with the People and Culture team and senior stakeholders to understand changing business needs and identify talent requirements Provide an exceptional level of candidate care to manage the engagement with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process. Skills & experience We are looking for someone who has : Demonstrated success in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (large corporate experience will be highly regarded) Proven track record of delivering end to end recruitment solutions Ability to operate autonomously and drive own outcomes Demonstrated experience in building and managing talent pools Proven influencing and stakeholder management exposure Excellent organisational time management and prioritisation skills Sense of humour - we enjoy our work and we take it seriously but we keep things in perspective Experience in using applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruitment experience will be highly regarded but not essential) If youre interested in this role but dont feel that you match every single one of our requirements we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
