This role places emphasis on KPI management and also prioritises the creation of a positive, collaborative, and thriving team culture alongside client facing time and supervision. Key Requirements : Proven time and task management Proven track record of supervisory ability Strong general business acumen Evidence of a strong understanding of personal billable target, and proof of achieving or exceeding own targets for a minimum of 6 consecutive months Working with autonomy Proven history of working as part of a team Job Responsibility : General duties as part of the role Willingness to actively contribute to a growing business through self and team management Extend guidance, mentorship, coaching, and emotional support to therapists. Commitment to meeting client (in person, telehealth and community therapy) and organisational expectations Proficient with zoom, microsoft, google and associated software programmes (gmail, google documents) etc. Desirable to be proficient in the use of Splose. Exceptional communication written and verbal Proven success of working independently and part of a team Respectful of confidentiality and privacy of practitioners, directors, staff and clients at all times Highly organised, efficient and good attention to detail. Project management skills, willingness to learn. Proven success of ability to lead self and others Strong problem solving ability and willingness to implement change.
