Our Finance team is at the heart of making that happen, turning data into decisions that drive growth. What you'll do Prepare and maintain recurring FP&A reports, including management reporting, board packs, investor updates, and monthly performance dashboards. Support the month-end process by consolidating actuals, validating data, and preparing variance analyses. Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure consistency in metrics, definitions, and assumptions. Assist in forecasting and budgeting cycles, updating models and consolidating inputs from across the business. Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identifying trends, risks and opportunities. Build and maintain reporting templates, databases, and automation processes to improve speed and accuracy. Support ad hoc analysis requests from the Corporate FP&A Manager, CFO, and wider leadership team. Continuously improve reporting processes and tools for scalability. What you'll bring 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or a finance analyst role. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Clear communication skills — able to translate numbers into insights. A proactive mindset, with the ability to spot and fix issues before they become problems.
