About the Role You will deliver 186 architecturally designed homes, each taking approximately 12–16 weeks to build — so experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential. You will be responsible for building and managing your own on-site team of labourers, plant operators and trades with our support. You’ll manage: A large-scale site with years of construction ahead of us Multiple homes at multiple stages in the one location Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion Site set-up, framing, and through to handover — depending on your skills Provide regular progress reports Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery Your focus: keep trades moving seamlessly from one house to the next by ensuring everyone is ready, scheduled, and productive. What You’ll Need Trade qualification (carpentry preferred) QBCC Supervisor License (desired but not essential - we can assist with this subject to conditions) Proven experience in production/volume residential construction Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills WHS knowledge and commitment to safety Aptitude for project management and tech confidence (construction software) A valid driver’s license Proactive, hands-on approach — someone who leads from the front Why Join Living Gems?
