You can discover more about Strike Force Services at About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Painter to provide high quality painting, finishing and surface preparation works across commercial, industrial and residential environments - you will be working on both planned maintenance and reactive works. Discounted Services - Pest Control, Air Conditioning etc. What You’ll Be Doing: Apply appropriate coatings according to job specifics. Match & Mix colours accurately to existing finishes. Minor plastering, rendering and surface repairs. Assist with building maintenance when required, ensuring seamless integration with other trade activities. Quoting and scoping of services. Ensure compliance with safety standards. Your Skills, Experience & Requirements Certificate III in Painting and decorating is essential. Plastering experience advantageous. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication. EWP & working at heights advantageous. White Card. Self‑motivated and able to work alone and without supervision. Ability to meet the physical demands of the role. Understanding & commitment to Work, Health & Safety. Be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing.
