Community Corrections Officer - Muswellbrook Location: Muswellbrook, Hunter District, Corrective Services NSW.Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6 ($99,938 pa to $110,270 pa) plus Employer’s contribution to Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading.Position Type: Talent Pool for ongoing and temporary full‑time and part‑time roles.Training: Paid training with a Certificate IV in Correctional Practice. Your Role Collaborate with individuals under supervision to develop and implement rehabilitative strategies, monitor progress toward established goals, and conduct home visits to ensure compliance with conditions. Provide case management for offenders on community‑based orders such as Parole Orders, Intensive Corrections Orders and Community Corrections Orders. Prepare offenders in custody for release into the community on parole. Support a dynamic, culturally sensitive team focused on offender rehabilitation and community safety.
