Our Building Structures group is a specialist team renowned for innovation in structural engineering and BIM project execution across high-rise and complex building structures and infrastructure projects, with offices in major cities across Australia. We operate as a nationally autonomous team with opportunities to grow your career and contribute to local and national buildings projects, while expanding your design skills across other market sectors. What You’ll Do Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects; Ensure timely and quality delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets; Handle ongoing communication and maintain effective professional relationships with local clients; Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally; Provide sound technical and delivery guidance for the team; Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers; Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting. About You 5-7 years industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors. Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete; Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery. The ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects.
