Greeting all customers and projecting a positive, motivated and friendly image to guests and staff Assisting with all customer enquiries, or requests regarding products and services Providing efficient and accurate service of food & beverage items to customers in bar areas and/or functions Restaurant duties; including table preparation, food & beverage service and cleaning duties Suggestive selling of menu items Bar service, where required Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, across a broad range of diverse cultures Exceptional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently or as a part of a team Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) Flexibility to work when required including evenings and weekends Must have RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain) Rights to work in Australia Experience working in an al a carte restaurant environment (Desirable) If you are ready to take on a new challenge, are passionate about hospitality and you meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you Apply now Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
