Why Join Us? $150,000–$180,000 base salary (depending on experience) $250,000+ OTE with achievable performance bonuses No FIFO required – earn top-tier money while staying local Consistent workflow – full pipeline of solar and battery installations Career growth – expand into battery integration, off-grid systems & advanced technologies Supportive team – strong in-house admin, scheduling and customer‑care systems Training provided for suitable candidates (must be an A-Grade electrician) About the Role You’ll be responsible for installing high-quality solar and battery systems for residential and small‑commercial customers. Quality workmanship, safety, customer service and communication are key — we pride ourselves on being one of the most trusted solar providers in the market.
